Online therapy

At the present time, when many things are becoming more digital, the trend, especially among young people, is increasingly towards online advice. I am often asked whether the psychotherapeutic sessions in my practice can also be held from home. I would like to grant this possibility if it makes psychotherapeutic sense.

The use of new media in the health sector is often still unfamiliar to some people, but many patients quickly notice the advantages:

  • There is no need to travel, which saves time and money
  • You don’t have to leave your home
  • Because of the risk of infection, some people find it more comfortable to be in public spaces as little as possible
  • You don’t have to interrupt your therapy if you have a longer stay abroad or if you move

If you, as a patient, are interested in doing therapy online, then send me an email or give me a call. I am happy to answer your questions.

Important for a good online therapy session is a good internet connection, a working microphone on your PC and a camera. Since you should not be disturbed during a therapy session, a quiet lounge is essential.
